1. Who we are
Gaurify OS ("the Platform") is the operating system of Gaurify ("Gaurify", "we", "us"), a productized video-production studio. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Platform, whether you are a client, an internal team member, or a contracted editor.
By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Accounts and access
Access to Gaurify OS is by invitation. Your account is personal to you; you may not share your sign-in link or session with anyone else. You are responsible for everything done under your account.
We authenticate you with a one-time sign-in link ("magic link") sent to your email. Keep your email account secure. We may suspend or revoke access at any time if we reasonably believe your account is being misused, or to protect other users, clients, or Gaurify.
3. The service
Gaurify provides video editing and production services. Gaurify OS is the workspace through which projects are briefed, footage is submitted, work is produced and reviewed, deliverables are shared, and invoices are issued. Features and workflows may change as the Platform evolves.
Clients interact with a single "Team Gaurify" identity. The specific editors, contractors, and team members who work on a project are not disclosed to clients, and clients' identities are not disclosed to editors. This separation is a core part of how Gaurify operates and you agree not to attempt to circumvent it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Platform lawfully and only for its intended purpose. You must not upload content you do not have the rights to, attempt to access data belonging to other clients or users, probe or bypass security controls, or use the Platform to store or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful material. 5. Payment
Paid services are governed by your package or the specific Client Service Agreement you accept. Invoices are payable by the due date stated on the invoice. Applicable taxes (including GST where relevant) are added as required by law. Refunds, where available, follow our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual property
Ownership of raw footage, briefs, and final deliverables is set out in our Content Ownership Policy. In short: clients own the footage they provide and, on full payment, the final deliverables produced for them; Gaurify owns the Platform, its software, and its brand.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these Terms and, where acceptance is required, ask you to review and accept the new version before continuing.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gaurify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability arising from your use of the Platform in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid to Gaurify in that period. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or to comply with law. On termination, the Data Retention Policy governs what happens to your data and files.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where Gaurify is registered, unless a mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
