1. Services already performed

Gaurify provides bespoke production work. Fees for work already performed (footage processed, edits produced, revisions delivered) are non-refundable because the work cannot be un-done or resold.

2. Cancellation before work starts

If you cancel a project or package before any work has begun, we will refund amounts paid for the un-started portion, less any non-recoverable third-party costs (e.g., licensed assets already purchased for your project).

3. Service failure

If Gaurify fails to deliver a contracted deliverable and cannot remedy it within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a partial or full refund for that deliverable. Contact hello@gaurifyhq.com to raise a concern; we aim to resolve billing issues fairly and quickly.

4. How refunds are made

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method or by bank transfer, typically within 7–14 business days, subject to your bank's processing time.
