1. What this covers
This agreement is between your studio and Gaurify OS (the platform). It governs your use of the platform to run your business and bill your own clients. It is separate from the agreements your own clients, team, and the people who do the work accept with you.
2. Subscription
After your trial, your chosen plan is billed on a recurring mandate through the payment gateway. Nothing renews until you choose a plan, and you can cancel at any time; you keep access through the period you have paid for.
Your subscription is the only fee Gaurify charges. We take no commission or percentage of the revenue you collect from your own clients.
3. Your clients' money
Payments from your clients are collected into your own payment account, not Gaurify's. Gaurify never holds or pools your clients' funds, and never deducts anything from a client's payment: it settles in full to your own account.
4. Changes
We may update these terms and will give reasonable notice of material changes, asking you to review and accept the new version before continuing.
