1. Your role

As internal team, you operate Gaurify OS on behalf of Gaurify: managing projects, clients, editors, invoices, and communications. You act in Gaurify's interest and in line with these agreements.

2. Handling data responsibly

You may access client and editor data to do your job. Access it only when needed, never for personal reasons, and never export or share it outside approved tools. Respect the client↔editor identity separation at all times.

3. Financial and legal care

When issuing invoices, recording payments, or setting pay, be accurate and honest. Significant actions are audit-logged. Report suspected security or privacy issues immediately.

4. Confidentiality

You are also bound by the Confidentiality Agreement. All client and business information is confidential during and after your engagement.
