1. Non-disclosure

Everything you see as an editor — footage, briefs, deliverables, and the fact of a project's existence — is confidential to Gaurify and its clients. You will not disclose, publish, or repurpose any of it. Client identities are masked from you and you will not attempt to discover or contact them.

2. Asset handling

Work only inside Gaurify OS and the tools Gaurify directs you to use. Do not download client footage or deliverables to personal devices or cloud accounts except as strictly necessary to perform the edit, and delete any such local copies immediately on completion. Never store client material in personal Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar.

3. Ownership of work

All work you produce for Gaurify projects is created as work-for-hire for Gaurify (and, through Gaurify, its clients). You assign all rights in the deliverables you produce to Gaurify. You retain no right to use, display, or license client footage or the deliverables, including in a personal portfolio, without Gaurify's prior written consent.

4. Original and licensed material

Only use music, stock, fonts, and effects that are properly licensed for client commercial use. Never introduce unlicensed or pirated assets into a deliverable. If you are unsure about a licence, ask before using it.

5. Payment

Your pay is agreed per project and recorded on the Platform. Payment does not transfer any rights back to you; the ownership and confidentiality terms above continue after payment and after your engagement ends.

6. Breach

Breach of this agreement may result in immediate termination, withholding of pay for the affected work, and legal action for damages.
