1. Client-provided footage

You (the client) own and remain responsible for the footage, images, audio, and other material you upload or link. You confirm you have the rights to use them and to let Gaurify edit them.

2. Final deliverables

On full payment for a deliverable, ownership of that final deliverable transfers to the client, so you may use it for your business. This transfer excludes: (a) third-party licensed assets (stock, music, fonts), which remain governed by their own licences; and (b) Gaurify's project files, templates, presets, and production know-how, which remain Gaurify's.

3. Editors and team

Editors and team members create work as work-for-hire for Gaurify and hold no ownership of client footage or deliverables. Editors may not use client material in personal portfolios without written consent.

4. The Platform

Gaurify OS — its software, design, and the Gaurify brand — is owned by Gaurify and is not transferred to any user.
