1. Confidential information
In your work with Gaurify you will access confidential information: client footage and briefs, unreleased deliverables, business and financial data, workflows, and the identities of clients. All of it is confidential.
2. Your obligations
You will keep confidential information secret; use it only to perform your assigned work; not copy, download, or retain it outside the Platform or tools Gaurify directs you to use; and not disclose it to anyone. You will not publish, show in a portfolio, or repurpose any client footage or deliverable without Gaurify's prior written permission.
You will not attempt to identify, contact, or solicit Gaurify's clients, and you understand that client identities are deliberately masked from you.
3. Security
You will protect your account, work on secured devices, and not store client material on personal or public cloud accounts. On the end of your engagement you will delete any local copies and confirm you have done so.
4. Duration
These obligations continue during and after your engagement with Gaurify for as long as the information remains confidential. Breach may result in termination and legal action.
